Refund/Exchange Policy

*  If you are not satisfied in any way with the items you purchase, simply notify us with an email and request a Return Authorization number (RAN) within 15 days of the shipping date of your items and you will get full refund (minus all shipping/handling and insurance fees).
* A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund and exchage.
*  Refund will be sent out after we receive the returned items in their original condition and include all original documents (item number or shipping list).
*  Return the original envelope along with the returned items.
*  Shipping, handling and insurance costs are non refundable.
*  We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
*  Buyer is responsible for the cost difference of the items exchange and all the related s/h cost.
*  After 15 days of the shipping date, the sale is final and we no longer accept returns and exchanges.
*  In case of refund, we will need to claim our final fee back from eBay. The only way we can do this is that we file an “unpaid item”. However, we will choose the reason as “the buyer and seller mutually agree not to complete the transaction”. So you will NOT get a strike from eBay. Other Policy

*  PayPal payments must be received within 7 days of the close of an auction.

*  Checks and Money Order payments must be received within 10 days of the close of an auction. Make checks or Money Order payable to Onissino Corp.

*  We reserve the right to re-list any items for which payment has not been received within these guidelines.

*  Non-payment bidders will be reported to eBay and will receive negative feedback.

*  We are not responsible for mail damage and loss during delivery.

*  We require buyers to use confirmed addresses, unless buyers agree to pay for shipping insurance on all orders. Please have your shipping addresses confirmed promptly to avoid shipping delay.

*  We only ship to buyer's address on file from Paypal or eBay. Buyers need to pay reshipping cost if the package is returned to us due to undeliverable address.
